At IDS, implementation is personalized. We customize your idsDoc configuration to suit your company’s unique needs and provide a single point of contact to ensure a smooth, seamless implementation.
After a demonstration of the idsDoc platform, including a run-through from your Loan Origination System, new clients will be asked to complete our New Client Questionnaire. Once the submission has been received, a dedicated Implementation Specialist will be assigned to the client’s account.
The Implementation Specialist has a primary goal of making the onboarding experience as smooth as possible. Each Specialist is a mortgage professional, who has been highly trained to collaborate with new clients on their unique business practices, and propose needs-based solutions to optimize the idsDoc platform. If new clients elect to alter the standard offerings that IDS provides, this process could range anywhere from days to weeks.
